While I do not love the wintry weather, it is true, I love the fashion of the cooler seasons.

As I say goodbye to Summer, I get excited saying hello to Autumn fashion new arrivals.

This year is no exception.

New Season style inspirations

One of my all-time fashion favourites is a maxi length wool coat.

Over the years I have curated a wonderful collection of Winter coats.

My gold standard however will always be my first wool maxi coat.

Sadly, wearing it daily during Winter for over two decades saw me having to say goodbye to it.

This means every year as the Autumn/Winter fashion arrives, I look for my next perfect wool maxi coat.

It is this search that inspired this Autumn Mood Board.
