Tall & Tired of Short Jeans? The Answer to Your Denim Dreams is Here!

A common request is for advice on where to buy jeans that fit tall women.

We know the challenge!

Here is our ultimate guide to the best brands for tall women.

inseam is everything

If you are flexible with your budget the only brand that we have found that consistently delivers when it comes to jeans for tall women is Frame Denim.

Th Frame inseam is 35inches or 89cms.

Start with their classic Le Jane style and you will not look back.

No other stylish brand we have found delivers as consistently for tall women.

stylist tip

Take advantage of being in the Southern Hemisphere by subscribing to Frame Demin and Neta-a-Porter to keep track of the latest styles.

Sign up to The Outnet as well.

When Spring/Summer 25 arrives, Frame’s latest styles (i.e those being worn in the Northern Hemisphere now) will arrive at The Outnet on sale.

You can usually buy The Outnets’ ‘Just In’ styles for around half price. Older styles are often at a greater discount.

other options

Finding jeans that are long enough means knowing your inseam (inside leg) measurement. (The distance from your crotch to your ankle.)

Once you have this you will find that Levi’s offer different leg lengths online. Up to 34inches in some styles.

The Australian brand Nobody Denim specifies the inseam for most styles, and some have longer inseams.

Sass + Bide do longer length jeans too but it’s best to try in store.

Carla Zampatti, is not best known for denim but it is a brand that sells pants, trousers and jeans with longer legs.

The Tasmanian based Miss G & Me specialises in tall women’s pants and clothing. The clothing is made in Australia which is an added bonus.

If you are under 6foot tall (182-183cm) you might find brands like Everlane, Slvrlake, Agolde (Inseam 32 inches), Reiss and Paige have styles that will be long enough.

The price points for these brands are higher and so consistently finding reasonably priced styles that fit is yet another challenge.

under $200

Cotton On stocks some styles that are longer. Again, it’s best to try styles on in store.

Unison also has longer length jeans as do COS and H&M.

Birdsnest have a boho bootcut jean that is longer. They are also stockists of Not My Daughter’s Jeans (NMDJ) which have longer legs though not all styles are under $200.00.
