Micha is a busy working Mum who like many of us she finds shopping overwhelming.

Being time poor and struggling to find clothes that are suitable for her lifestyle has left her with a wardrobe that makes her feel uninspired.

Micha chose to use a stylist to make best use lof her time and to achieve better outcomes from time spent shopping.

To start we discussed her goals. My approach focussed on creating positive experiences for her.

It started with mood boards from which Micha selected options she likes.

Staging the shopping trips was another important strategy to make her experiences positive ones.

The selection of boutiques was critical. I aligned her preferrred style to a boutique that takes a refind approach to visual merchandising. Less pattern and crowding of items on racks in the store meant Micha was very comfortable engaging with the products and staff.

At stores that had a busier look and feel I arranged for the music to be turned down and Micha only tried pre-selected items.

Micha bought some items immediately and identified clothes she might like to buy later in the year.

Staging her experiences and refining the options made for a successful outcome.

I was thrilled that Micha enjoyed the experiences and bought pieces that will enable her to update her look.
