#CPFW Fall 2023
As night follows day the #CPFW which showcases Fall 2023 fashion follows January in Paris for Haute Couture.
Unlike Paris, and Milan before it where super skinny models graced the runways #CPFW brought normality to the runway.
Ganni
Ganni brought us shades of grey in washed denim and day wear.
The fit is relaxed with slouchy style tailored jeans and pants.
The standout pieces were in olive green. Shades of olive green came in outerwear, casualwear and a sheered velvet dress.
The normal sized models confirmed this is a brand for you and me.
Henrik Vibskov
Henrik Vibskov embraced the normality of aging, by sending models of all ages down the runway.
The aesthetic was reminiscent of looks seen in newsreel footage from the 60’s and 70’s.
The colour and texture in this collection will appeal across generations.
Holzweiler
Holzweiler’s collection reminded us of the reality of the cold that arrives with Fall in the Northern Hemisphere.
The three-quarter length and cropped puffer coats and gorgeous knits together with some very sharply tailored suits show how to stay warm, cosy and very stylish.
saks Potts
Meanwhile, over at Saks Potts the normal state of affairs is for people to be parents.
Parents need clothes that work in everyday life.
The looks sent down the runway had the practically, not to mention colour palette that hides the stains that ever parent needs.
Skall Studio
This styling – everyday wearability was also the essence of the Skall Studio runway.
By Malene Birger
It is a muted palette of the most collectable pieces. Camel, caramel and chocolate brown for the most desirable of coats.
The lines are long with coats and dresses nearly touching the floor.
The statuesque amongst us will love this collection.
(Di)vision
(Di)vision’s streetwear in contrast is impossibly cool.
The hoodies, and t-shirts perfect for sharing by couples.
Mark Kenly Domino Tan
The clothes are minimalist if often presenting an oversized silhouette.
The workwear is particularly stylish in its slightly edgy military styled way.
Helmstedt
I can’t wait for Helmstedt to meet Romance Was Born.
A collaboration from these two brands would be a cacophony of colour worth experiencing.
Stine Goya
Stine Goya mixed streamlined and body con silhouettes with colourful patterns and monochrome looks.
The silver pieces were highlights. These looks show how to wear silver every day.
