The client – Cathie has two small children in a small apartment and working from home has meant the focus on clothing has been comfort. Looking forward to returning to the office and a move to a larger space Cathie was looking for pieces to work with their existing wardrobe but that updated their look.
She booked a 2 hour Let’s Go Shopping package. After reviewing Cathie’’s current look and preferences we headed to Sissa Sorella Collection in Campbell Cathie is a dancer and fitted dresses with wider skirts proved a hit as did a Morrison Rhiannon skirt. The skirt is high waisted and very flattering. It is fitted over the waist and hips before flaring below the hip.
Cathie mentioned a lack of jeans in her wardrobe, and so after falling in love with the Zoe Kratzmann Parlour top in white lace we added their citizen pant – washed denim which she found to be incredibly comfortable. These jeans work beautifully with a heel or a casual trainer.
Sissa Sorella Collection carries a good selection of Once Was pieces. A bomber jacket from this brand worked brilliantly with the Morrison skirt.
The star of the show was the Once Was blue embroidered dress with the white belt worn as a cummerbund to accentuate the waist. It looked lovely with a neutral heel but the client really loved the red heel and bag.
The pieces were all comfortable to wear and best of all made Cathie smile. Time to twirl.
